Questions, answered
- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- You start with full access to everything, free, for 30 days. We ask for a card up front so there's no interruption if you decide to stay — but you can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged a cent. We'll email you a reminder before it does.
- How does the family price work?
- Each child is $15 a month. Once you have three or more children, the whole family is capped at $39 a month — add as many kids as you like and it never goes higher.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your parent dashboard in a couple of clicks. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for, and you're never locked in.
- Who is Scout for?
- Kids roughly 8–12. Scout meets each child at their grade level and grows with them.
- What about my child's privacy?
- Privacy is the whole point. We're COPPA-native by design: we never sell child data, never share it with advertisers, and never hand it to third parties to train their models.
